Repair or replace before the next move-in?

An honest look at aging pool heaters

Before and after at The Classic at Kensington, Coral Springs

Once a pool heater passes 8 years, one repair often leads to the next. Before a tenant moves in or a home goes on the market, it helps to know whether the heater has years left in it.

Signs a heater may be near the end:

✓Rust or corrosion on the cabinet, fan grill or coil
✓It takes longer to heat the pool than it used to
✓The same error code keeps coming back
✓More than one repair in the last couple of years

If a repair makes sense, we'll repair it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you why and quote a replacement. Financing is available for owners who'd rather not pay it all at once.
