Your heater has probably been off since spring. When the first cold front comes through, a lot of South Florida turns the heat on in the same week, and that is when small problems show up.

A tune-up now gives us time to fix anything we find before you need the heat.

What a tune-up covers:

✓Fire it up and run it to temperature
✓Read the controls for stored error codes
✓Check the coil, fan and cabinet for corrosion and debris
✓Check water flow, filter pressure and the plumbing at the heater
